Shipping policy We're thrilled to have you onboard at Silent Seremony! Your satisfaction and convenience are our top priorities, and we are committed to delivering your purchases smoothly and promptly. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

Ready-to-Ship Items: Allow us a maximum of 2 business days to process and dispatch your order.

Made-To-Order items: Allow us 2-4 weeks for items to be processed and delivered to you. Holidays season these times may be amplified. Thank you.

International Shipments: It's important to note that for orders shipped outside the United States, any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not covered by Silent Seremony and should be settled upon delivery. We do not offer refunds for items returned due to unpaid customs charges.

Package Responsibility: Once we hand over your parcel to USPS, UPS, Canada Post, or DHL, Silent Seremony is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs in transit. Nevertheless, we are more than willing to assist you with the carrier's claim process to help locate any misplaced items.
